Robert started our business 10 years ago. His goal is to provide catering to people who normally wouldn't be able to afford a catered experience.
Robert Wilson is a self-trained chef with 18 years of experience in the food industry. Since the age of eight, he has been experimenting with food. He started his career through a work program in high school at Farrell's Ice Cream Parlor. Since then he has worked his way through kitchens all over San Diego, including Charthouse and NAS Miramar. His banquet experience has prepared him to handle large volumes of people. He believes that through his 18 years of experience he has honed his skills to provide excellent food for a minimal cost. He specializes in designing menus for almost any budget for parties of 10 or more.
